HMS Healthcare Management Solutions, Inc. would like to welcome Cindi O’Sullivan to our management team. She brings a wealth of financial expertise to our Company with over 20 plus years of healthcare and accounting services. Prior to joining HMS, Cindi was a Manager at Mahoney Sabol & Company, LLC in Essex, CT where she assisted several large energy clients as well as privately owned businesses by preparing their internal monthly financial statements. Cindi also converted and transitioned numerous clients from internal accounting systems to module based cloud software. She has worked as a consultant at Critical Homecare Solutions, Inc. (now a division of BioScrip, Inc.) where she conducted many due diligence engagements over a two and a half year period. After purchases were finalized, Cindi integrated all accounting functions to the corporate level and transitioned all policies and procedures to the new platform. Cindi was the Director of Finance at Professional Home Care Services, Inc. where she managed five departments, reviewed monthly internal financial statements, cash goals, prepared Accounts Receivable analysis, quarterly financial Board Reports, consolidations and budgets for the corporate entity. In addition to overseeing the Financial Services Department at HMS, Cindi will be leveraging her vast financial services experience and knowledge on behalf of HMS clients and expanding our financial consulting services capabilities.
