NGS JK has some members who are experiencing a hold on Medicare claims due to ICD-10 testing. This is happening specifically to claims that list a procedural code for falls (E880-888). If you remove the code and resubmit, it should go through. If not, you need to maintain the code as is and contact the Provider Contact Center at NGS (866-837-0241). NGS has stated that they do not anticipate a fix until July on this issue. Home health agencies are advised to remove this code (E880-E888) or change and resubmit to avoid not being paid until July.
