CMS Revises Face-To-Face Q&As

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released new Q&As for the Face-to-Face (F2F) and therapy reassessment requirements which include clarification on adding a title and date to the encounter form if the physician fails to date his/her signature.
