The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has outlined the budget cuts that must be applied to the federal government under sequestration. In a report released late last week, OMB explains the overall cutbacks and provides a list of reductions required for each non-exempt budget account now that the sequestration is in effect, including a 2% cut to Medicare.
